crimson sparks is mostly a 2 month sample dump, everything here is what i made out of the samples that i collected within a 2 month span. this project has some of my best beats ever, i didn't pull any punches on this one. i truly went in and did exactly what i wanted to do.

i gotta say, on track 12 '843', the track concept wise in my head was just a thought translated so well into the finalized track, that the track is the most precise 1 to 1 match from mind to execution that i've ever done in a long time.

track 12 '843' and track 15 'jurmainson geographic dope' turned out to be two of my favorite tracks ever, because they both started out as ideas in my head, i already had the track in my head looping before i even opened a DAW to execute the ideas.

i truly love shit like this, this kind of shit keeps me going. everything else on here is scatterbrained, spur of the moment material. even though a lot of this was made on the spot, from 'idea to making the track', everything was double and triple checked. i felt like a monster creatively here. i'm truly proud of the music that i make, and crimson sparks is no exception. i can't get enough of this shit, thanks for listening.

also, "been ready to toe tag 'em since when humans were cro-magnon" is one of my most favorite funny / stupid lines i've ever written.
